We stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks and had a very enjoyable experience. The staff, from the reception to the housekeeping and restaurant, were all extremely friendly and helpful. Despite the language barrier, they made every effort to understand our needs and made us feel at home. The hotel is located a bit outside the city center, but this means it is very quiet at night. There are supermarkets and other shops nearby, making it convenient for any necessary purchases. The restaurant at the hotel serves delicious meals, and we particularly enjoyed dining there.

The hotel could use some modern updates to the interior and rooms. the minibar was limited to just mineral water, which was disappointing for a 4-star hotel.

The hotel's location proved convenient for exploring the city's sights and amenities. the staff provided pleasant and timely housekeeping services throughout my stay, ensuring high levels of cleanliness in my room. the restaurant offered a range of tasty and well-prepared meals that met my dietary needs as a vegan.

The overall decor of the hotel and its rooms could use some updating to bring it in line with modern aesthetics and amenities.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The cleanliness standards were excellent. The hotel facilities were perfect for my needs and the staff was friendly and always prompt to assist with any requests I had. I also appreciated the hotel's location, peaceful and quiet at night but very close to supermarkets and other shops. The breakfast was delicious and provided a good variety of options to choose from.

The hotel is situated in a quiet location yet it is near a supermarket and other shops which is very convenient. The staff in the hotel are friendly and accommodating. The housekeeping service is exceptional with the room being cleaned daily and kept tidy throughout our stay. We also enjoyed having access to a restaurant within the premises which served very nice meals.

Compared to other 4 star hotels we have stayed in, the hotel could use some modernization. The interiors felt outdated and could be updated.
